 7. 84 months of experience working collaboratively with technical teams, including PeopleSoft, Workday, database administrators, and cybersecurity analysts, to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.

## Description

Data conversion and validation to support the Budget team during the migration of budgeting and commitment control data from PeopleSoft to Workday.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 * Perform record-by-record reconciliation, aggregate totals validation, and exception identification to ensure no data loss or corruption during the PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration.
 * Refine data crosswalks showing PeopleSoft field equivalents, data type conversions, formula translations, and Workday FDM integration points.
 * Identify data quality issues, unmapped fields, transformation failures, and process deviations between legacy and target systems.
 * Review and validate how PeopleSoft budget data integrates into Workday through the Financial Data Model (FDM), ensuring compliance with FDM schema requirements.
 * Document validation findings and remediation steps, including detailed validation reports, exception logs, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions.
 * Work closely with technical and functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data conversion and integration issues.
 * Support UAT and sign-off activities by collaborating with Budget team members and project stakeholders to validate reconciliation results and certify readiness for go-live.
 * Perform additional duties as assigned.
