The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end SAP projects within manufacturing and supply chain environments, coordinating cross-functional SAP teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners., * 10+ years of overall SAP/IT experience with strong SAP Project Management experience. * Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformation projects. * Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies. * Experience managing multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams. * Good understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and QM. * Experience with data migration, integrations, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. * Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, resource, and project governance management experience. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: * Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programs. * SAP experience within manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or supply chain environments. * Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce, Inventory, Warehouse, and Manufacturing processes. * Experience managing global/onshore/offshore SAP teams. * PMP, Scrum, or SAP certification is a plus.
