We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and human resources systems expertise who can support critical HR operations and system functionality., * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * 4+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms and human resources systems. * Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data management, and reporting. * Experience with system implementation, testing, and troubleshooting. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills., * Experience supporting payroll, benefits, or talent management systems. * Familiarity with data integrations and system optimization initiatives. * Experience developing custom reports and dashboards. ## Description The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role serves as a key resource for HR data integrity, reporting, system troubleshooting, process improvement, and user support.
