## About the Role

* Licenses/Certifications: Valid Oklahoma driver's license required
 * Experience: Minimum 3 years in healthcare data analysis or related field, * Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
 * Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, Power BI, Excel)
 * Valid Oklahoma driver's license
 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

 * Experience with maternal health data, biostatistics, epidemiology, or bioinformatics
 * Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10)
 * Experience with Medicaid/SoonerCare data and claims analysis
 * Data visualization skills (Tableau, Lumira, Design Studio)
 * Public speaking and presentation experience

## Description

* Analyze clinical and non-clinical healthcare data related to maternal health
 * Develop and interpret statistical reports using tools like SPSS, R, SAS, Power BI, and Excel
 * Create visualizations and static/motion charts to communicate findings
 * Prepare forecasts and actionable insights for program planning and evaluation
 * Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven initiatives
 * Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity throughout analysis processes
