Business Transformation, We are seeking a Data Coordinator to support a large-scale contract data cleanup and document management project within the Provider Contracting Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, reviewing records for accuracy, and maintaining organized documentation in a detail-oriented environment., * Review and update provider contract records within the CONTRAXX contract management system.

 * Verify contract information, including effective dates, termination dates, and contract status.
 * Identify discrepancies, missing information, and data inaccuracies within contract records.
 * Review contracts and supporting documentation to ensure information is accurate and complete.
 * Scan, organize, and upload paper contracts into electronic systems.
 * Run reports and perform quality checks to validate data accuracy.
 * Maintain organized electronic contract files and documentation.
 * Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to track and manage information.
 * Communicate discrepancies, questions, and concerns to the Provider Contracting team.
 * Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive provider and contract information.
 * Support ongoing data cleanup, quality assurance, and contract maintenance projects., Microsoft Office
