## Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support user accounts and devices, and help maintain a reliable and secure technology environment. You'll often be the first point of contact when a team member needs technical help, so strong communication and customer service skills are just as important as technical knowledge.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

 * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other office technology
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues
 * Respond to employee IT questions and support requests in a professional and timely manner
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, peripherals, and user devices
 * Set up equipment and system access for new employees
 * Assist with user accounts, passwords, permissions, email, and access-related issues
 * Diagnose Wi-Fi, network, VPN, and basic connectivity problems
 * Document technical issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
 * Escalate complex technical issues when additional support is required
 * Assist with software updates, patches, equipment replacements, and technology upgrades
 * Help maintain IT equipment inventory and organize company technology assets
 * Follow company procedures related to cybersecurity, data protection, and system access
 * Educate employees on basic technology best practices and common troubleshooting steps
