## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

 * 4+ years building and running production backend systems with Python.

 * 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern frontend work (Next.js, React, TypeScript).

What we expect from you

 * Strong experience building production backend systems with Python, including async/await.

 * Production experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.

 * Strong SQL skills, including relational data modeling, migrations, and query optimization.

 * Deep expertise in API design, backend architecture, and asynchronous systems.

 * Experience leading architecture decisions and improving the performance, reliability, and maintainability of production systems.

 * The ability to break down complex problems, review code thoughtfully, and mentor other engineers.

 * Experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

 * Experience with AWS, AI/MCP integrations, or telecom technologies is a plus.

 * Experience with Flutter and Dart is a plus.
