## About the Role

* BS in EE or computer science, or ASET w/ equivalent experience
 * 5 years' experience in C/C++ programming
 * 3 years' experience in embedded processor programming in C/C++
 * Significant experience with NXP processors and the NXP development platform
 * Experience with FreeRTOS for embedded systems
 * Familiarity with common industrial protocols (OPC/Modbus/EthernetIP)
 * General electrical and electronics background
 * Strong documentation skills
 * Self-starter, can work alone and in team environments

Preferred:

 * Experience with PLC programming (ladder logic/structured text) and PICs
 * Experience programming Arduino and Raspberry Pi platforms
 * Experience with version control (Git)
 * Experience with MS Teams, Azure and Office apps
