* Strong software/application engineers with a solid understanding of data
 * Strong algorithmic/problem-solving skills; ability to identify patterns and relationships across large datasets
 * Java or Python
 * Strong AWS knowledge
 * AWS Glue
 * Athena
 * ETL/data processing
 * Apache Spark
 * Familiarity with Presto and/or Trino
 * Experience with AWS big-data services
 * Understanding of data connections, integrations, and data flows
 * Experience using GenAI tools for code generation
 * GenAI will also be incorporated into the solution itself, not just used as a developer productivity tool
