Requisitos principales7+ years of relevant Solutions/Systems Engineer experience with proven ability to present to executives or architects
Strong empathy for customers, revenue-driven, and results-oriented
Excellent written/spoken communication and executive-level presentation skills
Ability to scale explanations from whiteboard to security architects to CISOs
Customer-centric mindset with resilience in challenging situations
Experience with installing/configuring Windows, Linux, and MacOS systems; mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and iOS/Android
Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM, and related protocols
Hands-on experience with security solutions (Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security) and familiarity with regex
Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN; AD/ADFS/Azure AD; public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Travel willingness within the region; cloud/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS sales exposure
Spanish and English fluency
Desirable scripting (Python) and REST API experience; prior vendor Cloud Security exposure
Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, PCNSE, etc) and networking certs (CCNP/CCIE) beneficial
Empathy for customers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Public speaking confidence
