Job Type: Hybrid Job Description: Our client seeks an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training, develop training materials, and manage knowledge bases. This hybrid role requires expertise in creating engaging training content and facilitating both live and virtual sessions. Responsibilities: * Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training sessions for end-users

 * Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules
 * Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base for IT procedures and troubleshooting
 * Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, incorporating adult learning principles
 * Collaborate with IT staff to identify training needs and develop relevant content
 * Assess trainee progress and adjust training approaches as needed
