As a Storage Expert, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, guides them to the right storage solutions, and ensures our properties stay clean, safe, and well-maintained., * High school diploma or GED (minimum)

 * Experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred)
 * Strong communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 * Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
 * Valid driver's license
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods, Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the employee must possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. Continued employment remains on an "at-will" basis.

## Description

In this hands-on role, you'll support daily property operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll help customers find the space they need-while keeping the office and property operating like a well-oiled machine., * Assist customers with renting units, answering questions, and exploring storage options

 * Meet and exceed sales goals through great communication and follow-up
 * Promote a welcoming, friendly environment every day

Office & Administrative Support

 * Process payments, maintain accurate records, and prepare deposits
 * Track property performance and maintain essential documentation
 * Follow up with customers on late accounts following company guidelines

Maintenance & Property Care

 * Ensure the office, units, and grounds stay clean, organized, and safe
 * Perform light maintenance, custodial tasks, and restock supplies
 * Complete regular property inspections to maintain high standards

Team Support & Compliance

 * Support the Resident Storage Expert and overall team operations
 * Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
