 + 15+ years of infrastructure and virtualization experience.
 + 8+ years of VMware architecture experience.
 + 5+ years of VMware Cloud Foundation implementation and migration experience.
 + Proven success leading large-scale migration programmes involving thousands of virtual machines and multi-site environments.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced VCF 9.1 Migration Architect to lead enterprise-scale VMware modernization and migration programmes. The ideal candidate will provide architecture leadership for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.1 deployments, legacy VMware-to-VCF migrations, private cloud transformations, and hybrid cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
*

 + Lead end-to-end VCF 9.1 architecture, design, and migration engagements.
 + Perform infrastructure assessments, discovery workshops, and migration readiness reviews.
 + Design VCF Management Domains, Workload Domains, NSX networking, vSAN storage, and lifecycle management solutions.
 + Define migration strategies for:
 + vSphere to VCF 9.1
 + VVF to VCF
 + Brownfield convergence
 + Greenfield deployments
 + Multi-vCenter consolidation
 + Lead workload migration planning and execution utilizing HCX, Cross-vCenter vMotion, RAV, and other migration methodologies.
 + Develop HLDs, LLDs, migration runbooks, governance plans, and executive presentations.
 + Provide technical leadership to engineering, delivery, and customer teams.
 + Conduct knowledge transfer and operational readiness workshops., + VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.x
 + VMware vSphere 7.x/8.x
 + VMware ESXi & vCenter
 + VMware NSX-T
 + VMware HCX
