Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Supply Systems Analyst - **Company:** No Lack Enterprises Inc. - **Location:** United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Data Analysis, Data Systems, Operational Data Store, SAP (Applications), Warehouse Management Systems, Qlikview - **Published:** September 25, 2026 - **Apply:** https://jobs.military.com/career/346841/supply-systems-analyst-gdec-to38-california-ca-san-diego ## About the Role n, * Minimum of three years of experience using WMS or an equivalent Warehouse Management System within the past five years.\n * Broad knowledge of supply, inventory, warehousing, storage, issue, packing, and transportation functions.\n * Experience analyzing supply or logistics transactions and identifying operational problems.\n * Experience with DLA WMS, DSS, Qlik, SAP, or similar Government logistics systems preferred\n * Must successfully complete required WMS, mock audit, MHE, and other mandatory training.\n, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n * Strong communication and organizational skills.\n * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and operational environment.\n * Must be willing and able to deploy for up to two weeks at a time to DLA Distribution Centers throughout the CONUS and OCONUS.\n * Must be able to obtain and maintain required Government system access and installation credentials.\n * Deployments may require commercial air travel, ground transportation, hotel stays, and work at geographically dispersed DLA facilities\n, * Previous Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or Department of Defense logistics experience.\n * Experience managing climate-controlled or food/subsistence warehouse operations.\n * Experience with DLA WMS.\n * Prior experience supporting Government contracts.\n * Prior supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution environment.\n ## Description Olgoonik is seeking experienced Supply Systems Analysts to join a highly mobile, deployable inventory support team supporting Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution operations and financial audit readiness.\n \n The Supply Systems Analyst serves as a key technical and operational resource supporting inventory, warehouse management, workload analysis, data analysis, and DLA Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations\n \n \nPrimary Responsibilities:\n \n \n * Analyze transactions and operational data to identify problem areas and systemic issues.\n * Research and resolve supply, inventory, and warehouse management problems.\n * Analyze proposed changes to supply systems, policies, and procedures.\n * Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural issues.\n * Serve as a WMS point of contact and technical resource.\n * Perform WMS-MIS functions and develop QMF queries as required.\n * Use WMS and other Government data systems to analyze workload and operational performance.\n * Support physical inventory, Difference Analyzer, causative research, and remediation activities.\n * Participate in daily workload planning meetings.\n * Support mock audits and pre-audit inventory activities.\n * Travel with the deployable inventory team to DLA Distribution Centers as mission requirements dictate.\n * Assist in identifying trends, discrepancies, and systemic issues affecting inventory accuracy and audit readiness.\n * Provide technical input to reports and other contract deliverables.\n * Deployment is an essential function of this position. May be directed to temporarily deploy from their assigned home station to other DLA Distribution locations for inventory and audit-support missions.
