## About the Role

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree; a minimum of seven years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, experience in higher education, advancement, nonprofit fundraising, or a CRM-driven environment preferred; strong SQL skills and experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms; experience producing recurring and ad hoc reports, analyzing complex datasets, troubleshooting discrepancies, and translating business needs into analytical outputs and process improvements; strong communication, judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. PREFERRED: Experience with fundraising systems such as Advance, Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar platforms; and familiarity with donor segmentation, campaign analysis, portfolio reporting, pipeline analysis, or revenue forecasting.
