 * Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
 * Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability best practices (SLIs/SLOs)
 * Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform) and cloud/network security fundamentals, * 8 + years of experience Sr angular & .net application ecosystems
