## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience working with ERP or business systems
 * Experience with database management, reporting, workflows, and system administration
 * Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Good understanding of business processes and how systems support daily operations
 * Strong attention to detail and organization
 * Good communication skills

## Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP & IT Systems Specialist to support and improve our business systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both IT systems and business operations and can help make our processes more organized, efficient, and reliable.
Responsibilities

 * Maintain and support our ERP system, database, workflows, and user access
 * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business data
 * Improve ERP workflows and help streamline business processes
 * Maintain data accuracy and system organization
 * Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems as they arise
 * Work with sales, operations, accounting, and management to understand system needs
 * Support ERP implementation, system upgrades, integrations, and improvements
 * Provide general IT and system support as needed
 * Document system processes, procedures, and changes, * Fully remote position
 * Hands-on role with the ability to improve how the company operates
