The ideal candidate will have solid networking expertise, hands-on field experience, and the ability to manage network performance across multiple sites. This role serves as a technical bridge between engineering design and operational support., 1. Design, implement, and support Layer 2/Layer 3 network infrastructure in MDU (multi-dwelling unit) environments. 2. Deploy and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points at residential sites. 3. Troubleshoot escalated network issues including packet loss, routing loops, and wireless interference. 4. Ensure network reliability, redundancy, and uptime in line with SLAs and service standards. 5. Maintain and update network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and change logs. 6. Collaborate with project managers, field techs, and customer success teams to support property deployments and upgrades. 7. Conduct site assessments and capacity planning for new or expanding properties. 8. Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for optimization using SNMP and logging tools. 9. Assist in implementing network security standards, including VLAN isolation, ACLs, and firewall rules. 10.
