## Description

Serve as a Salesforce Application Senior Developer to support the development and implementation of a Salesforce-based Child Care Provider Portal for NC FAST.

 - Revamp the existing Curam Child Care Provider Portal using Salesforce to enhance functionality and improve user experience for the Child Care Subsidy Program.
 - Compile requirements and manage the overall development and product management of the Salesforce Provider Portal.
 - Manage risks and issues related to design choices and application development.
 - Support the definition and configuration of user roles, profiles, security settings, access settings (including User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security).
 - Identify opportunities for application optimization, integration, redesign, or further development.
 - Design applications to support business processes and reporting requirements.
 - Utilize knowledge of Salesforce development environments and deployment/change management options on the Lightning Platform.
 - Identify production risks and areas for improvement in the Salesforce environment.
 - Update and develop custom validations and/or code as needed based on business requirements.
 - Support ongoing configuration updates and maintenance of the Salesforce environment.
