You'll be an early engineering hire at a Lightspeed-backed seed-stage company that is already transforming operations for large enterprises. We need someone who has made architectural decisions, lived with the consequences, and iterated - a builder who writes idiomatic Go, ships React frontends, and has hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems. You'll work directly with the founders and have significant technical decision-making authority in a young, clean codebase., Must-haves * 5+ years building production software, with experience shipping across the stack and sustained ownership of meaningful systems. * Strong backend engineering in a typed language: You have production experience in Go, C++, Java, Scala, or C and can design and operate reliable backend systems. * Python proficiency: You can build and maintain Python services, work with async patterns, and integrate with AI/ML tooling * PostgreSQL skills: Database schema design, migrations, and production operations * React and TypeScript: You can build and maintain a modern React frontend (hooks, context, component composition) * Hands-on LLM systems design: You have personally built and shipped systems leveraging LLM APIs and understand LLM development patterns (e.g., orchestration, tool calling) * Pragmatic mindset: You know when to refactor vs. ship, when to build vs. buy, and how to manage technical debt intentionally * Ownership mentality: You take end-to-end responsibility for features, from design through deployment and monitoring * Comfort with ambiguity: Early-stage startup means evolving requirements and shifting priorities Work experience Shipped production services with concrete, verifiable contributions across the stack and sustained ownership of meaningful systems Updated Hard skills A typed language + Python + PostgreSQL + React/TypeScript Updated Soft skills They have proven experience iterating on features based on direct customer feedback (must have good written and verbal communication with users/customers) Hard skills Production LLM/AI integration experience (Understands LLM development patterns, e. g.
