## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.

 * 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead experience.
 * 3+ years supporting Digital, Web, Mobile, Patient Experience, Consumer Engagement, or Healthcare Technology initiatives.
 * Experience facilitating Agile teams in fast-paced environments.
 * Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and SDLC practices.
 * Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
 * Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).

 * Experience supporting healthcare digital products and consumer-facing applications.
 * Experience with PI Planning and SAFe Agile frameworks.
 * Knowledge of UX/UI, digital product development, analytics, and customer experience design.
 * Experience leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
