This role is hands-on and involves configuring card logic, payment rules, rewards structures, and product attributes across multiple internal systems. The ideal candidate has expertise in credit card issuing, payment configuration, and Agile delivery, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment., * 5+ years of experience in system configuration, product configuration, or credit card operations. * Background in Credit Card Issuing and Payment Configuration (billing rules, posting logic, rewards, fees, parameters). * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Ability to work in configuration-heavy platforms (ICS/mainframe/AS400). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Organizational skills with the ability to pivot quickly and manage changing priorities. * Communication skills and comfort asking clarifying questions. * Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
