This role will serve as a subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and technical strategy recommendations across Salesforce products, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The architect will assess the current Salesforce landscape, identify gaps and opportunities, and design scalable solutions aligned with health plan operations and business goals.
