Experience managing AI, automation, platform engineering, cloud, or emerging technology initiatives is highly preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. * 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Agile software development environments. * Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders. * Current Project Management certification required (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent). * Strong experience serving as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering and product teams through complex initiatives. * Experience establishing and tracking KPIs, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and program risks. * Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and leadership skills. * Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across technical and business organizations., * Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Intelligent Workflow platforms. * Background working with software engineering, cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise applications, or platform modernization initiatives. * Experience managing programs involving multiple engineering teams, technical architects, and product stakeholders. * Familiarity with modern Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms. * Experience delivering emerging technology initiatives from concept through production deployment. ## Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager (Agentic AI) to lead a large-scale Agentic AI development initiative focused on building next-generation AI-powered solutions.
