Familiarity with security-focused infrastructure operations and configuration/change-management processes. ## Description We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support infrastructure and cloud operations at the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) facility in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, networking, identity and access management, infrastructure operations, and DevOps practices, along with a strong willingness to learn and support both cloud and on-premises environments. This role will work closely with infrastructure, systems, networking, and engineering teams to maintain reliable, secure, and highly available technology environments. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across cloud and traditional data-center technologies and be willing to assist with hardware, storage, virtualization, and backend infrastructure operations as needed., Support and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, services, configurations, and integrations. Assist with cloud infrastructure deployment, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support. Support enterprise networking infrastructure, including connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting. Work with infrastructure and security teams to troubleshoot connectivity and system-integration issues. Apply knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity/authentication concepts to support enterprise applications and infrastructure. Participate in infrastructure automation and DevOps initiatives.
