* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
 * 2+ years of experience in application support or development;
 * Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python;
 * Familiarity with databases and experience writing SQL queries;
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
 * Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus;
 * Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.

## Description

This role involves supporting the development, customization, and integration of applications tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. As an Application Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our software solutions function optimally and deliver business value., * Assist in the design and development of software applications;

 * Implement application solutions by customizing existing tools and creating new functionalities;
 * Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of applications;
 * Serve as a primary point of contact for end-users, addressing queries and resolving issues;
 * Document application processes and maintain up-to-date user manuals;
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
 * Participate in training sessions for users to enhance application utilization;
 * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
