Reporting directly to the Head of IT Operations, the IT Operations Domain Director is responsible for the operational performance, service quality, financial management, and continuous improvement of Infrastructure services across LNCA, ensuring alignment between business expectations, operational excellence, cybersecurity requirements and Group IT standards. The Domain Director acts as the primary Infrastructure representative for the region and serves as the key interface between regional application IT teams, Global Infrastructure teams, service providers, and operational delivery teams. The role is responsible for promoting, communicating, and ensuring adoption of Group Infrastructure standards and operating models across all LNCA entities.
