 * Prior experience at a trading firm or sports betting company is essential.
 * Proficiency in Python with a proven track record of developing reliable, production-quality software.
 * Strong SQL skills, including database design and data modeling expertise.
 * Experience with third-party API integration and real-time data stream handling.
 * Familiarity with trading logic, pricing, risk management, market data, or automated execution systems.
 * Solid understanding of probability and statistics.
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking ownership of complex systems while making informed technical decisions.
 * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with researchers, traders, and portfolio managers.
 * Exposure to financial accounting, reconciliation, position tracking, or fund operations., * Experience with C++ or other compiled languages like Rust, Go, or Java.
 * Familiarity with AWS, particularly AWS Lambda or similar cloud-based infrastructure.
 * Experience with prediction markets, sports data, betting markets, or odds.
 * Knowledge of building backtesting, simulation, or pricing systems.
 * Experience with market data infrastructure or low-latency trading systems.
 * Understanding of blockchain, crypto exchanges, or decentralized trading platforms.
 * Experience deploying quantitative or machine-learning models into production.

## Description

* Design, build, and maintain automated trading systems tailored for sports and event-based prediction markets.
 * Develop robust exchange integrations and execution infrastructure across various trading venues and data providers.
 * Translate complex trading strategies and quantitative models into reliable production-grade software.
 * Create systems for ingesting, normalizing, and processing both real-time and historical market data.
 * Integrate and match events, markets, and pricing data across multiple exchanges and external data sources.
 * Develop comprehensive pricing libraries, backtesting frameworks, simulations, and efficient research-to-production workflows.
 * Construct internal trading tools and dashboards for effective monitoring of positions, exposure, P&L, and system performance.
 * Implement risk controls, alerting, and auditing mechanisms to ensure the integrity of automated trading systems.
 * Maintain accurate records of positions, balances, fees, and P&L across trading accounts, ensuring seamless reconciliation and reporting.
 * Enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of the trading infrastructure.
