## About the Role

* Three or more years of Revit modeling experience in the field of structural engineering

 * Graduate from an accredited college or university, preferably with a Master of Science degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering

 * Registration as an EIT by passing the FE exam.

 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering in structural engineering design of commercial projects.

 * Experience in office, institutional, multi-family, parking structures, retail, health care and mixed-use, and light industrial projects preferred.

 * Work experience includes responsibility for completing structural component and system design in various structural framing systems.

 * Experience in using any of the following software: Revit Structure, RISA, Bentley software including RAM and CONCEPT, CSI software including ETABS and SAFE

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

S. A. Miro, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated design engineer to join our team. This position includes the opportunity to design a diverse range of projects nationwide. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing project documents and engineering calculations. The design engineer will also review shop drawing submittals and perform site visits during construction.
