## Description

* Plans, coordinates, and executes test and evaluation (T&E) activities to assess system performance, operational effectiveness, and mission suitability in support of the Department of Homeland Security.
 * Develops and reviews test documentation, including test plans, procedures, scenarios, and evaluation reports, ensuring alignment with program requirements and acquisition guidance.
 * Designs and conducts functional, integration, and operational testing, documenting results and identifying defects, risks, and performance gaps.
 * Analyzes test data using quantitative and qualitative methods to provide actionable insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
 * Collaborates with program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate requirements, refine test objectives, and improve system performance.
 * Ensures compliance with DHS acquisition policies, T&E frameworks, and applicable standards, maintaining traceability between requirements and test outcomes.
 * Supports test readiness reviews, operational assessments, and system evaluations, providing recommendations to inform milestone decisions.
 * Maintains test artifacts, metrics, and reporting dashboards, ensuring accurate communication of test status, risks, and results to leadership.
