## About the Role

*Strong experience in application installation, configuration, and support within enterprise environments.
*Experience working with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
*Knowledge of integrating applications with enterprise services (eg Active Directory, databases, web services).
*Experience supporting application environments across development, test, and production.
*Understanding of application security and hardening best practices.
*Experience troubleshooting complex application and integration issues.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

*Experience with Middleware and application Servers (eg IIS, Apache, Tomcat).
*Knowledge of Scripting or automation (eg PowerShell, Bash).
*Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
*Experience working within Defence or secure public sector environments.
*Exposure to containerised applications (eg Docker, Kubernetes).
*Experience with Agile delivery and Atlassian toolsets (JIRA, Confluence).
*Relevant certifications or vendor-specific training.
