Education * Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. You'll coordinate daily site activity, people, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, and be the main point of accountability for getting the job done right, on time, and on budget. You'll manage Lead Technicians and field crews across multiple concurrent jobs, working closely with a Project Coordinator, Superintendent, Estimating, Accounting, and company leadership to keep every project moving.
