* 5+ years of progressive IT and direct project/program management experience.
 * Proven ability to plan and track complex projects using tools like Microsoft Project.
 * Sharp attention to detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
 * Solid understanding of project and program lifecycle costs and budgeting.
 * Excellent communication skills with negotiation capabilities.
 * Comfortable working through complex technical issues with engineering teams.
 * Experience leading technical teams.
 * Able to confidently present to and work alongside senior leadership.
 * Background working in AWS or other major cloud environments is a plus.
 * Financial services industry experience is a plus.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

## Description

* Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of key project milestones within a large-scale technology initiative in the financial services sector.
 * Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an AWS-heavy technical environment to ensure smooth delivery of cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
 * Manage client expectations, and drive quality and timeliness across project deliverables.
 * Serve as a key point of contact for progress updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
 * Work with Consultants and Senior Consultants to keep both interim and final deliverables on track.
 * Maintain project and program lifecycle costs and budgeting.
 * Present effectively to senior leadership and build strong client relationships.
 * Tackle complex technical issues alongside engineering teams.
 * Lead and guide teams of technical professionals towards project goals.
