These applications are used to improve the physical, socio-emotional health, safety, and well-being of women, infants, children, adolescents, and their families. This position is housed within the technology services division and is responsible for overseeing all facets of the MCH technology team. The candidate will be responsible for initiating and coordinating meetings with stakeholders and overseeing applications that impact Maternal Child Health., * Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. * Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities. * Applying organizational IT SDLC methodology and enforcing project standards. * Preparing for requirements reviews and quality assurance procedures. * Minimizing exposure and risk on the project. * Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. * Tracking and reporting team project status to the branch manager on a weekly basis or as needed. * Facilitating team and client meetings effectively. * Communicating effectively to the client on a daily or weekly basis. * Managing client expectations. * Holding regular status meetings with the project team. * Keeping the project team well-informed of changes in project status. * Conveying engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations. * Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion.
