Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services. * Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation. * Experience supporting D365 Commerce, POS, Retail, Supply Chain, or Warehouse operations. * Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). * Experience with integrations using APIs, Azure Services, and middleware platforms. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. * Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305 preferred). ## Description * Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Commerce, and related modules. * Manage user provisioning, security roles, permissions, and compliance controls. * Monitor application health, performance, batch jobs, and integrations. * Troubleshoot and resolve application, environment, and data-related issues. * Coordinate and support monthly service releases, deployments, and code promotions through Lifecycle Services (LCS). * Plan and execute D365 updates, patches, hotfixes, and evergreen releases. * Manage production and non-production environments, including environment refreshes and configuration management. * Support data management activities, imports, exports, and integrations. * Maintain system documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and recommend solutions. * Work closely with development teams, vendors, and support partners for issue resolution and enhancements. * Monitor and support business-critical integrations with internal and third-party applications. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues. * Ensure system availability, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
