## Description

Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master / Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain mainframe applications by designing, coding, testing, and debugging solutions using COBOL, DB2, JCL, and related technologies.
Rate Range: $53/Hour to $54/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Scrum Master / Program Manager Responsibilities include:
Lead Agile delivery for AI initiatives by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineers, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize AI backlogs, and align delivery with business objectives.
Drive program planning, roadmap execution, and governance while tracking risks, dependencies, issues, and key performance metrics.
Coordinate AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments to ensure successful adoption and business value realization.
Manage executive communications, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement across onsite, offshore, and multi-vendor teams.
Utilize Jira and Agile best practices to ensure the timely delivery of user stories, solution designs, and AI-enabled business outcomes.
