## About the Role

* 3 or more years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering supporting data center and cloud environments.
 * Proficiency in Azure, including implementation, maintenance, and primary/failover configurations.
 * Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including federation with SaaS applications.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration to optimize user experience and collaboration capabilities.
 * Experience with virtualization, storage management, and disaster recovery in Windows-based computing environments.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences and manage MSP relationships.

## Description

* Serve as primary contact with infrastructure managed service providers to troubleshoot and resolve service delivery issues.
 * Monitor data center infrastructure performance and oversee implementation of solutions with MSPs.
 * Deploy, maintain, and support Azure and Microsoft 365 capabilities to improve usability and standardization.
 * Implement changes across operating systems, physical/virtual servers, and storage in a controlled, consistent manner.
 * Support security solution integration, including Azure Active Directory federation, and execute disaster recovery procedures.
 * Coordinate and oversee small-to-medium infrastructure improvement projects, maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures.
