* Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of hardware engineering experience, or
 * Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of hardware engineering experience.
 * U.S. citizenship or permanent residency due to export control and ITAR requirements.
 * Strong expertise in schematic capture, hardware testing methodologies, and design verification.
 * In-depth knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, and power management.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and ensure seamless integration with software and systems engineering.
 * Perform schematic capture, PCB design support, and comprehensive hardware validation to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.
 * Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis during development and qualification phases.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
