You'll identify opportunities to simplify work, improve decision-making, strengthen controls, and reduce manual effort across Controllership and Operations. You'll also partner with business teams, coach users on new technologies, and help turn innovative ideas into practical solutions that drive meaningful results. In this role, you'll primarily work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. However, you must live within a drivable distance to our corporate campus in Richfield, Minnesota. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide additional details during the hiring process. What you'll do * Build and implement solutions using AI, automation, analytics, and productivity tools. * Drive adoption of Copilot and other AI capabilities through training and coaching. * Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency. * Partner with teams across finance, operations, tax, and technology. * Establish best practices for AI, automation, and data management. * Support continuous improvement and technology adoption across the organization, We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
