## Description

* Develop strategic communication plans, media assessments, and recommendations supporting Surface Force priorities.
 * Research traditional and digital media and translate findings into actionable insights.
 * Prepare talking points, speeches, press releases, briefing cards, media responses, communication playbooks, and magazine content.
 * Support senior-leader communications, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.
 * Measure communication effectiveness and prepare recurring reports and executive-level presentations.
 * Coordinate messaging with headquarters and subordinate commands.
