This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and Information Services (IS) teams to ensure stable, secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that support patient care, business operations, and strategic initiatives. The Systems Analyst Engineer serves as a key contributor for enterprise applications, infrastructure systems, integrations, automation initiatives, and cloud-based technologies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, analyzing workflows and system performance, supporting upgrades and implementations, participating in project initiatives, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Azure Hybrid Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for: * Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure and implementation and design of hardware and software. Monitors the performance of systems. * Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. * Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. * Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. * Solves complex technical problems in own discipline. Works independently with minimal guidance. May lead small projects with limited scope/risks or workstreams within a broader project. * May also have accountability for on-going processes, programs or activities.
