Additional Aruba infrastructure experience is a benefit. * Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, wireless, VPN, and firewalls * Proven IT helpdesk/service desk experience with excellent customer service instincts and communication skills * Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration * Proficiency supporting both macOS and Windows operating systems * Experience with ticketing systems and disciplined ticket hygiene * Ability to lift and rack network equipment and travel to offices and hubs for buildouts or escalations. Nice to Have: * Cisco Meraki certifications (CMNA/CMNO) or Cisco CCNA * Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Hexnode, Iru, Intune) * Familiarity with identity and SSO platforms * Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation * Experience supporting a fast-growing, multi-site company ## Description We are looking for an experienced IT Support & Network Engineer to join our IT team. This is a role that blends hands-on network engineering, centered on our Cisco Meraki environment, with day-to-day IT helpdesk support for employees across our offices and operational hubs. You will design, deploy, and maintain the network infrastructure that keeps Zum running, while also serving as a friendly, responsive point of contact for employee technology needs across Google Workspace, macOS, and Windows environments. This role reports to the Head of IT and Security and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning infrastructure end to end but still likes helping people solve problems face to face. This is an in-office position, based out of our Redwood City Headquarters. Domestic travel to field locations is expected as needed.
