## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)

 * U.S. citizenship

 * Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently

 * Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software

 * Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); interim Secret required before starting

 * DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the assigned work role and level, held prior to performance, with the required computing environment (CE) certification obtained within six (6) months of appointment.

## Description

* Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, and multi-function devices

 * Image systems with the current approved operating system baseline and perform user data backup, restore, and hard drive recovery

 * Apply software, firmware, security updates, vendor patches, IAVAs, CVEs, and STIG settings using Government-provided tools

 * Deliver, pick up, and relocate end-user devices at the service desk and at the user's place of duty

 * Support operating systems including Microsoft, Linux, UNIX, macOS, Apple iOS, and Android

 * Coordinate and verify vendor warranty repairs and report completed actions
