 * Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design
 * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
 * Champion code quality through clean code, design patterns, reviews and testing
 * Collaborate with product, QA, and other engineering teams
 * Participate in project planning, estimation and progress tracking
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
 * Produce clear technical documentation for designs, APIs and processes
