 * Migration testing and rehearsal/cutover activities.
 * Data-quality management.
 * Reporting and data validation.
 * Experience managing migration defects and data issues.

## Description

The Data Migration & Integration Lead will be responsible for planning and executing the migration of legacy MYCIDS V1 data into the new solution and for coordinating required integrations with external systems. The individual will lead data assessment, mapping, transformation, cleansing, migration rehearsals, reconciliation, validation, and migration issue resolution., * Lead migration planning for MYCIDS V1 legacy data.

 * Perform source-system and legacy-data assessments.
 * Profile data and identify quality, completeness, and consistency issues.
 * Develop source-to-target data mappings.
 * Define transformation, cleansing, and conversion rules.
 * Develop and coordinate ETL and migration processes.
 * Plan and execute multiple migration rehearsals.
 * Validate migrated records and perform reconciliation between legacy and target systems.
 * Identify and resolve migration defects, exceptions, and data-quality issues.
 * Coordinate the design and implementation of the five required system integrations.
 * Define interface mappings, APIs, data exchanges, and integration requirements.
 * Coordinate integration testing and end-to-end validation.
 * Support reporting and data-validation activities.
 * Develop migration and cutover procedures for production implementation.
 * Support final data migration, go-live, and post-migration reconciliation.
