Preferred Qualifications * ServiceNow certifications such as: + Certified System Administrator (CSA) + CIS-HAM + CIS-SAM + CIS-ITOM * Experience supporting large, distributed, or multi-site organizations. * Familiarity with enterprise data models and best practices for data management. * Experience working within highly regulated or compliance-driven environments. ## Description We are seeking a ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing development of enterprise IT Asset Management capabilities. This role will serve as the technical owner responsible for Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management within the ServiceNow platform, supporting scalable processes, governance, automation, and reporting in a complex enterprise environment.
