This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to identify high-value use cases and translate operational challenges into scalable, secure, and compliant AI-driven solutions. The position focuses on leveraging data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve safety, quality, throughput, productivity, and process efficiency. The AI Engineer ensures solutions are aligned with IT architecture, security, and governance standards while remaining practical and usable within operational environments. This role also supports the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications and provides technical expertise during adoption, troubleshooting, and process optimization efforts.
