## About the Role

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in the conduct of, supporting the conduct of, or leading penetration tests.
 * Strong understanding of operating systems and networking protocols
 * Strong understanding of how to identify and exploit vulnerabilities
 * Knowledge of web application technologies
 * Proficiency with penetration testing tools and scripting languages and strong problem-solving and communication skills
 * U.S. citizenship required

Nice to Have Skills

 * Preferred certifications comparable to OSCP or CEH.

Education and Experience:

 * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related field

## Description

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Penetration Tester to support a Cybersecurity Program., * Coordinates and conducts all agency penetration testing on NCUA-operated systems.

 * Develops and maintains the Penetration Testing Concept of Operations/SOPs;
 * Coordinates assessment models with NCUA before each engagement;
 * Drafts Rules of Engagement and test-specific documents;
 * Performs red teaming, blue teaming, purple teaming, adversary emulation, and breach-and-attack simulation to improve SOC operations and overall defensive posture;
 * Simulates advanced persistent threat (APT) scenarios;
 * Documents and categorizes findings/vulnerabilities and prioritizes remediation by severity;
 * Drafts and publishes penetration test reports (results, findings, remediation);
 * Integrates testing with vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and incident response/reporting.
