We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at UST. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions that address real-world business problems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, programming, and data modeling, along with a passion for leveraging data to create innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience., * Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex business problems.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data mining to prepare datasets for modeling.

 * Maintain and update models based on new data and evolving business needs.
