## Description

* The DRE (Design Release Engineer) - BIW Underbody is responsible for the design, development, validation, and release of underbody Body-in-White (BIW) components and assemblies.
 * This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as a significant portion of the job involves coordinating activities across design, manufacturing, simulation, and supplier teams., * Lead the development and release of BIW underbody stampings and assemblies.
 * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design, performance, quality, and manufacturing requirements are met.
 * Effectively communicate technical issues, listen to stakeholder concerns, and drive resolution of engineering challenges.
 * Review and understand forming simulation reports to assess manufacturability and support design decisions.
 * Utilize basic CAD knowledge to facilitate discussions with designers and review engineering solutions.
 * Apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional integrity and compliance with functional requirements.
 * Support design reviews, change management activities, and product development milestones.
